2. Eligibility
To participate in the Hoop or Go Home Basketball Tournament, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: Participants must be within the specified age range set forth by the tournament organizers.
- Residency: Participants must reside in one of the designated cities (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, or Austin) or surrounding areas.
- Registration: Participants must complete the online registration process before the registration deadline.
3. Registration Process
- Open Registration: Registration is open to all eligible players, and participants must provide accurate information during the registration process.
- Tryouts: Depending on the number of registrations, local tryouts may be conducted to assess player skills. Participation in tryouts does not guarantee selection for the tournament.
4. Selection and Seeding
- Participants will be selected based on their performance in tryouts and other evaluations conducted by tournament officials.
- Selected players will be seeded into tournament brackets based on their performance during tryouts.
5. Tournament Format
- The tournament consists of multiple rounds, including regular tournaments, quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals.
- Prizes will be awarded as outlined on the tournament website, and only the top players from each round will advance.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times. Any form of unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification from the tournament.
7. User Code of Conduct
- All users, including participants, attendees, and spectators, are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:
- Respect: Treat all individuals with respect, including opponents, teammates, officials, and spectators.
- Integrity: Compete honestly and fairly without resorting to cheating or any unethical behavior.
- Sportsmanship: Display good sportsmanship at all times, regardless of the outcome of the game. Celebrate victories graciously and accept defeats with dignity.
- Communication: Engage in positive and constructive communication. Harassment, bullying, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
- Compliance: Follow all tournament rules, regulations, and instructions provided by tournament officials.
8. Livestream Access for Subscribers
- Subscribers who purchase access to livestream broadcasts of the tournament will receive exclusive viewing rights to all tournament matches.
- Livestream access is granted for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed in any form without express written consent from the tournament organizers.
- Subscribers will receive notifications regarding livestream schedules and any changes to the broadcast.
- The tournament organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel livestream services due to unforeseen circumstances, and no refunds will be issued for changes in service.
9. In-Person Attendance and Ticket Purchases
- Exclusive Tickets: A limited number of tickets will be available for in-person attendees to watch live matchups. The total number of attendees will never exceed 300, ensuring an exclusive and intimate atmosphere.
- Invitation Requirement: Tickets may only be purchased by individuals who have been specifically invited by a participant competing in the tournament. Proof of invitation must be presented at the time of ticket purchase.
- Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared without prior approval from the tournament organizers.
- Refunds: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for canceled attendance or changes in event scheduling.
10. Food Vendors
- Food vendors will be present at the tournament venues, offering a variety of food and beverage options for participants and attendees.
- All food vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations, and the tournament organizers will not be responsible for the quality or safety of food items sold by vendors.
- Attendees are encouraged to support these vendors but do so at their own risk. The tournament organizers are not liable for any health-related issues arising from food consumption.
11. Video Release
- By attending the tournament, participants and attendees consent to being filmed and recorded during the event. The tournament will be live-produced, and video and photographic footage may be used for promotional purposes.
- Attendees agree that their likeness, voice, and comments may be used in any and all media, including but not limited to live broadcasts, promotional videos, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Recorded footage may be posted on the tournament's social media platforms. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please refrain from attending the event. Your attendance signifies acceptance of these terms.
12. Interactive Contests and Experiential Promotions
- The tournament will feature various interactive contests and experiential promotion campaigns designed to engage attendees and enhance their experience.
- Participation in these contests and promotions may require registration or adherence to specific rules, which will be provided at the time of the event.
- The tournament organizers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or change the details of these contests and promotions at any time without prior notice.
13. Merchandise Purchases
- Merchandise purchased from the tournament shop is subject to availability. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Prices for merchandise are subject to change, and the tournament organizers reserve the right to modify pricing and availability at any time.
- By purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge that the tournament organizers will not be liable for any issues related to delivered items, including but not limited to delays or damages during shipping.
14. Proprietary Rights in Site Content; Limited License
- All content on the tournament's website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the tournament organizers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

17. Copyright Infringement Policy
- The tournament organizers respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please provide the following information to our designated copyright agent:

- The tournament organizers reserve the right to use any Submissions for any purpose, without compensation or acknowledgment to you.

20. Prizes
